QuestionI am looking for some practical how-to's for loosing weight naturally, specifically abdominal fat. I've heard that goji berries/products are said to be of help.
Do you know if this is true/in what way it might be beneficial for general health? Are there some other ways that are good? Thank you.

There is no one or two foods that will magically help anyone. It is all about rebalancing the body with the right amounts of everything we need- proteins, carbs, fats, fibres,minerals and vitamins.
Any natural food is going to be used properly by the body.
You should aim to eat a balanced meal of lean protein from fish, chicken, meats,egg, soy and plenty of fresh veg. 3 meals a day and plenty of water, and you have the foundation of a healthy day.
If you now want to lose weight (fat) you need to understand your protein requirements, which carbs to eat, your metabolism, and exercise.
