I want to lose weight; about 15 lbs around my waist. How can I eat less and still have enough energy to exercise and work ? Please give me concrete examples of diet plan instead of vague answers like eat less but more often.

I teach people how to lose weight without dieting. That means they don't have to eat less but they have to eat foods that are high in water, fiber and resistant starch content. Fiber and resistant starch make us full, yet they are low in calories.
A concrete examples will include 3 meals a day with 3 cups of whole grains, 2 cups of vegetables, 3-4 oz of lean meat and 2 cups of fruit with very little oil & fats. Asian cooking method use very little oil and fats. So if you want to lose weight without starving yourself, it's beneficial to learn about the Asian cooking method.
