Meds & Stress Making It Almost Impossible To Eat!

Due to medication, and A LOT... I mean TONS of stress, I've been nauseous or vomiting every day.  My hair is falling out and I can't eat much.  I Have no appetite, and the thought of food makes me nauseous as well as eating it.  For example: Yesterday I got down 2 snack packs of apple sauce and a bowl of broccoli, but I cannot sustain on that! My nerves are SHOT, and I'm a mess, and It's going to be a while before things in my life settle down.  Do you have any suggestions on food ideas?  Ways to rid myself of nausea?  I'm getting worried.....  Also.... I don't think it's normal to have to take 3-4 Peri-Colace and a suppository every time I'd like to have a BM.....

Amanda I wish I could help but do to you being on a LOT of medication I cannot really address it and much of these problems could be due to side effects of them. I would look to get off as much or all the medication as fast as possible and quit treating the symptoms and get to the cause of your problems which is likely to be two fold diet choice and lifestyle. Most any ailment we have it due to those and can and should be fixed with those.

In the mean time I would look to get as much intake as you can from dense fat. Its going to at least give you the caloires needed and fat is very healthy and essential for the human body. It and protein are the Two things we need. Both having essential components. Meaning our body must have them from intake and cant create then. We must eat them to be healthy and alive. there is NO such thing in carbohydrates and that is all you are currently eating.

I would change your eating to gets lots of fatty meats, Fish, bacon, beef, chicken, nuts, oils, eggs and dairy. I would also address your problems with your physician, start a training plan to build health and reduce stress and get off any and all meds as fast as possible.
