im 5'2 about 130 lbs so i dont have much weight to lose. ive been working out with my elliptical and light weight traing 2-3 days a week. i really want to lose some fat and tone it all up. i was was wondering if there are any supplements or products that will help me reach my goals, that dont have much stimulants in them? i have an anxiety disorder so stimulants dont work to well for me. i can handle caffine (i have 2-3 cups of coffie a day)but more than that is a problem for me. so if there is anything out there that can aid me in my goals without making me tweek,or be dangerous id be really greatful to know. thank u.

Hi,

I don't recommend any stimulants. Just a low fat diet consisting of lean protein like chicken, turkey, pork and lean beef. Also some complex carbs for energy (like whole meal pasta, cereals and breads). I would split 60% protein, 30% carbs and 10% fat in your diet. Stick to around 1200 calories.

I would try work up to 45 mins of cardio aerobic work 3-4 times a week. And some weights as well. But aerobics is the best way to reduce fat.
