QuestionWell I am 14 and am a dancer. I want to have a workout that burns off mega calories, but doesn't build big muscles. Like I like the idea of cardio and stuff, but all it does is inflate my legs and make them look bigger than they really are! I also don't have exercise machines and no running! Any advice will help. Thanks.

Most women don't have enough hormones to build bulky muscles. However some of us naturally have big thigh or upper arm.
One of the best way to maintain or shape our body is to do pilate exercise. Maybe you can follow a routine from a TV program or a video.
