QuestionI'm trying to loose wieght before my wedding and i'm having a problem with my sugar intake. I've always had a sweet tooth but now i notice that it problem the root of my problem. I always seem to need sugar of some kind everday. I cant seem to stop these craving for sugary food or food that turn into sugar. Am i addicted to sugar? How can i stop these cravings? i always bring veggies and fruits to work as a snack but once i get home i'm in the "junk" drawer at home looking for sweets. My fiance isnt trying to loose weight so i dont want him to stop buying junk food because i dont want to be tempted. How can i stop please i really want to look my best for out big day.
