Strawberries

Question
We were told strawberries are the only fruit that does not loose its nutritional value when cooked. Is this true?

Answer
I have never heard such a thing? TOOO many people are going way to far on this raw food craze and forget what set us apart from the other animals in the world was our ability to create fire and cook :). Yes some denaturing occurs in cooking but that does NOT mean that a bad thing. Food by default has to be denatured 100% for it to be taken by the body be it by cooking or our digestive tracts.

I would not sweat it and Id worry more when it comes to fruit about finding fruit that is in a more natural state and not the genetically engineered and over sweet, nutritionally stripped stuff that is available at our super markets today.
