Questioni am 12 years of age and play football the weight limit is 125 pounds i weigh 130 pounds. im really strong. what can i do to be under the weight limit?
AnswerHeck that will be easy thats NO big deal . You dont need to make any drastic changes simply be a bit more active or cut just a bit of the junk food out. 5 lbs is a very small bit to lose. Just focus on lots of whole foods, meat, eggs, dairy, milk, butter, nuts fruit veggies and limit the processed stuff for a bit and you will be where you want and likely stronger and faster for it. I would not have someone your age cut there calories unless they were very over fat.
