i am 25 years old i was on diet and lost 10 kgs and now i am 184cm tall and 83kg, my problem is that my body fat % is around 23 and 25 %, i go to gym 5 days/week. i run 2 times/week.
i am on diet.
i eat 2 cups of low fat yogurt with honey and a cup of skimmed milk
i have a roastbeef sandwich in brown bread as a snack
i eat steamed rice and vegitables cooked with a little oil and grilled meat or chicken as launch
i eat 4 cups of low fat yogurt with honey after my workout.
but i dont loose fat. so can you please help me and tell me if this system is ok or not.
my body fat % is measured with omron scale.
