QuestionI am an adult male. I am trying to calculate out how much weight I can expect to loss in 4 weeks if I reduce my daily calories in take by 500. Is there a formula I can use?
AnswerThat is impossible to really say, but you can make an estimate. there is roughly 3500 cals per every pound of fat. Divide that by 500. Remember however that doesn't take into account the food types you are choosing many of which can be great choices when dieting and more energy expensive to simply digest and also doesn't take into account activity increases.
