heyyyy!
I am sixteen, I'm really short for my age (5'2) and I weigh about 145lb's.
I'm overweight, I know that! I really want to lose weight before I go out of the country to visit some relatives before June 17! My mom keeps nagging to me to lose weight and im going crazy.She doesn't leave me alone everytime I open the frige she screams out "Close it"! Well Once in my life ive been in a diet like the first week I eat healhy and excerise but then I go food crazy or forget the whole diet thing. I just cant control myself. I Think my mom should like lock the whole kicthen!
What advise would You give me? Thank you!

Dear Rosalia, Do you want to lose weight for you, or do you want to lose weight for your mom? Lose weight if you are doing it for yourself. Motivation has to come from within, I can't help you there.
To lose weight, you must walk everyday for at least 30 minutes. Next you must try to eat around 1500 calories per day, everyday. Read labels and keep track of your intake. Healthy foods usually contain less calories, so you can eat more. Chicken, fish, low fat dairy, whole grain bread, fruits, healthy fats like olive oil, and vegetables are examples of healthy foods.
