To get rid of the pot belly, avoid drinking sugary drinks such as beer, soda, lemonade, whole milk, juice, etc. Instead drink 2-5 cups of green tea every day. Cut your calory intakes because when you reduce your weight, you will automatically reduce some of the belly fat. Eat foods that are low in fat & calories such as the one I show you on the video:

To lose the belly fat, you have to create a calorie deficit in your body. A 500 calories deficit will translate into losing 3500 calories or 1 lb/week, or a deficit of 1000 calories/day will translate into losing 2 lbs/week.
We can create calorie deficit by increasing our metabolism. There are foods that can increase our metabolism such as brown basmati rice, green tea, etc. If you add strength training exercise that focus in the stomach, then you can lose the pot belly faster.
