QuestionWhich is better for you frozen yoghurt or frozen dessert "icecream"?I recently switched to eating frozen yoghurt and could swear that my stomach has gotten flatter although nothing else in my diet has changed.They both have about the same amount of sugar and the frozen dessert is lower in fat,and calories.Is one better than the other in terms of not contributing to my stomach fat or could I just be imaging my stomach being flatter?

It totally depends on the sugar and fat contained and not at all what it's being called.
Since you have read the label and see the fat content is lower and there are fewer calories in what you are eating than in the yoghurt, the lower-cal dessert would be the best choice.
Unless you have massive amounts of this dessert every day there isn't much chance you have already experienced weight loss from this change. How many fewer calories are there in what you are eating? 50? 20? This won't show a weight change for many weeks.
More likely there may be a lower amount of lactose in the dessert product and this sometimes produces gas and bloating.
