AnswerWe Just touched on this a bit in a radio show with Colleague and long time vegan Robert DosRemedios you should have a listen

Dr. Lowery touches on the importance of B12 and how vegetarians can mask most of the side effects but still the nerve damage can occur over the long term which is NOT good!!
Your going to have to supplemtn since you choose not to have a complete diet. Non-animal sources include Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula or T-6635+ nutritional yeast
