QuestionHi, I'm 16 5 ft 1 and weigh 10 stone 10. I would like to loose weight and don't know where to start when it comes to healthy eating because my Grandma cooks my weekday meals and she is very traditional however she uses a load of salt and fat in her cooking and there is no way to convince her to give me less, use less salt/fat or let me cook my own meals is there any way I could loose weight while still eating a high calorie, fat and salt meal every evening?
