I am 34 years old male, my weight is 145 lbs, and my height is 5 10. I want to gain 10 to 20 more pounds. I can lose weight easily but it is very hard for me to gain weight even if I eat 8 meals per day. I have to use some supplements to help me out.
I found these pills in Amazon.com they are called Hercuplan. Should I order them or you have some other recommendations for weight gain.

You need to gain muscle, not fat, is that right? You have to educate yourself and learn to eat right and exercise right. I suggest that you learn from experts:
