Questionhello i want to know what is the quickest way to lose weight that is not that expensive and will guarantee nice results....please help me I've been trying so hard and i just cant seem to lose it...please please give me a good diet plan with fitness help

After years of going through this and that diet, all I can say is that I found that wasn't the answer for me. At least it wasn't the starting point for me and so I no longer give out advice on diet or exercise (also I'm a psychologist and not a dietician or an exercise physiologist). Lastlyl I don't believe in losing weight quickly either- the quicker you lose it, the quicker it comes back and with interest. When you understand how your metabolism works you'll see why I say that. But basically when we lose weigh on some fad fast, we're losing water and muscle - the two things that speed up our metabolism and then when we stop the diet and the weight comes piling back, what we land up gaining isn't the water and muscle we've lost but fat and that makes our metabolism even slower so it's a vicious circle.
