Vitamins for hair health

My question is what vitamins can i take or food that i can eat for hair and nails strength?? like vitamin A, E , B, etc.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) may be helpful in the prevention and treatment of cataracts and is most beneficial to the skin, hair and nails. Inadequate levels of Vitamin B2 may cause cracks and sores at the corners of the mouth, dermatitis, dizziness, hair loss, insomnia, light sensitivity, poor digestion. Burning feet can also be indicative of a shortage of Vitamin B2.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin) plays an important role in promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. Niacin plays an important role in ridding the body of toxic and harmful chemicals.
