Could you please tell me what is the right time to eat fruits. Whether before a meal or after a meal or in an empty stomach etc. The right time to eat fruits to get the maximum benefits.

AnswerFruits are good. I think your over thinking this. Unless you are aiming to get body builder lean (which you should NOT do until you have the muscle to do so first) then you have no need to worry at this point. Fruit and veggies etc are great just about any time of the day. I would tend to have my clients eat more of them early in the day and less at night if there goal was to lose weight but other then that dont sweat them.
The average person should be trying to eat more of them at all times instead of the other junk they eat.
