QuestionHi Richard,I am Jojo,male,18 yrs.
I am 5'9 tall and 176 pounds, i am also a student.
I love to dance vigorously, hence thats my exercise.
Okay,my problem is that i heard that at least 8 glasses of water a day is needed to boost your weight loss mechanism but when i drink lots of water through out the day, my belly becomes bloated,so because of that i get scared to drink lots of water through the day, cos i know that aint how to get a six pack.please help.thanx.
AnswerWater has NOTHING to do with your six pack. In order to see your abdominal muscles you have to burn off ALL of the fat on your belly that covers them. To do that, you have to get down to a super-low body fat index which means LOTS of cardio, clean eating, and weight training.
Keep drinking all that water. It's good for you.
