QuestionWhats a safe & fast way for me to loose weight. 220 to 180. 21 year old male! 5 foot 9. 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANS?
Hi
I am a college student whose busy with school and work most of the time. This summer in July to August 2nd week i have off.
I currently weigh 220, I want to go to 180
I have man boobs and belly and my face looks fat.
I want to get back to having a lean face and body. Will half running and jogging for 30 minutes in morning and 1 hour of jog and run at night help me?
Not trying to get cut up with lots of cool looking muscles, just want to go back to being healthy and lean.
Maybe after i get lean i can start working out to build some muscle.
Not looking to take any pills or supplements. Other than normal vitamins.
All help is greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.
AnswerYou answered your own question. Get 30 minutes of cardio daily. Lift weights NOW. Don't wait until you've lost the weight?it's never too soon to start pushing the irons.
Also you didn't mention anything about your DIET. You need to eat clean foods, count your calories, lay off the alcohol, and drink lots of water.
