Thank you for interest in answering my email. I'm a 25-year old Filipino who wants to build supermodel-like muscles and have zero knowledge about basic nutrition that regulates muscle building. I would appreciate it if you could guide me with nutritional knowledge as to what I should know and where should I start which will serve as my map for nutritional bodybuilding.

I would recommend, depending on what you can afford, several guides, I'll mark free versus paid programs, but keep it i your mind, that even paid programs have free blogs and newsletters. I only recommend really reputable authors.
