QuestionHi, I am currently fasting for one month due to religious duties. The fast is from 5am to 6pm. I would like to lose 5 kg's during this month while maintaining muscle. I need 1200- 1400 calories to lose weight. Please advise me as to how I should structure my meals during this month to lose weight. Thank you

and you cant lose more weight in ramadan cause you will get side effects
like skin sagging,weakness,skin pigmentation etc.
