QuestionHeelp!!!!! I need advice on how to get healthy.
I am addicted to junk food!!
Tv dinners, frozen food, convenient food, soda.. that's what I live off of! I have gained 25 lbs in 6 months!!!
My blood sugar has gone up, my blood pressure has gone up.
I live off of 2 or 3 tv dinners a day and snack on whatever all day long. I am constantly feeling hungry.
I exercise almost every day. I walk/jog at least 2 miles. I have lost 5 lbs this month, but I am still eating like a pig. Help.
AnswerThere's nothing wrong with eating, but you have to eat HEALTHY. If you like TV dinners, that's fine. Just find healthy TV dinners. I know there are lots out there (like Healthy Choice). Of course, you need to quit the junk food, but you can snack on fruits, veggies (celery), nuts, and the like. And of course you need to completely quit DRINKING calories (full sugar soda will kill you).
