Questionim 15 years old, really short about 5'2, i weigh about 130 pounds, and i really want to lose weight. im not overweight, but getting close i guess, though poeple say i dont look overweight and that i have a good body. I have an athletic body, the majority of my weight goes to my thighs and butt. I have no realllll problem exercising, and i can get toned really quickly(i gain both muscle and fat quickly) but i would love some particular things to do in my spare time, and also i need to no a diet that would help me lose weight.
....i already do a bit of work with a punching bag and lunges, bicycle reps, some running ect. but what do i eatt? :P thank youu -i really want to get toned and lose weight because i want to be a personal trainer myself or a fitness model, please help.
AnswerI would suggest that you have your parents set up an appointment with a nutritionist/ personal trainer so that you can get a plan designed for a person of your age. The advice you need is better when it comes from a one on one interaction. A juvenile nutritionist who has experience with personal training is a great way for you to get perfectly fit now at 15, and it will last you a life time.
