I'd like to know how to prevent phytates in all bran cereals and whole grain bread from preventing the absorption of minerals.

Hi Dina,

You cannot do that with cereals and breads. The only way is to compensate the reduced absorption is by adding more mineral-rich foods. For your reference, you might want to take a look at the article:
