so I'm 24 and i started to eat healthier and exercise regularly because i hit 360lbs. I've lost about 50lbs so far, and got another 60lbs to lose until i hit my goal weight. But Ive started to see my skin start to sag a little bit in my gut. What would you recommend to tighten and repair my skin? Ive read about weight training, cocoa butter, vitamin E, but there are so many things out there that claim they can tighten the skin and some of the stuff Ive read say that the skin might mot ever tighten and then surgery is required. that's something i don't want. I'm not looking for a quick fix. I'm looking for something healthy
