QuestionHey Richard. I'm 13 years old and I'm not overly fat, but I get very paranoid about my thighs and belly. I'd really like to lose weight, and starting next week I will be going to the gym twice a week. What I'd like to know is what the best routine-type-thing to tone my body and drop some weight for my age would be. Id like to lose 10 kilos over the next few months (or however long you think appropriate). Thanks in advance.
AnswerI don't like giving advice to children, so please make sure to check with your parents before beginning any weight loss or exercise plan.
