Nutritious staple - no cooking

Question
I enjoy wheat germ for many reasons but unfortunately it oxidizes easily.  I am trying to think of a substitute, something healthful that I can pour out of a bag and eat.  Can you help please?

Criteria
1.  Nutritious - the more the nutrients (any kind will do), the better
2.  Does not require processing (e.g. grinding), soaking, cooking etc.
3.  Not too oxidative
4.  Easy to digest
5.  Does not matter what type of food; grain, seed, fruit... all welcome
6.  Not expensive
7.  Can be used in abundance
8.  Don't care about calories (FYI, I want to gain weight but this is not a criterion.)
I thought of the following but not satisfied.
Chia seed - can only digest about 75% without grinding, expensive
Sesame seed - can't use a lot
Ground walnut or any nuts - require soaking as I don't like the phytic acid
Oat - doesn't oxidize as easily as wheat germ but requires cooking
Shredded coconut - quite expensive
Cacao chips - quite expensive

As you see, I am out of ideas.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Answer
Dear Sue,

It sounds like you are on a raw food diet? Otherwise I don't know why dried fruit and nuts are not an option for you.
For something healthful you can pour out of a bag and eat, cereals come to mind for me. Something like Cheerios or Golden Grahams or Kix--you can munch on a whole cup for less than 100 calories, it's easily stored, doesn't have to be cooked (by you) and is easy to digest... generic brands are much less expensive.
Also, there are many varieties of snack bars which have protein, fiber, and other nutrients, easy to digest, easy to carry with you, etc.

Please specify if there is some other criteria, such as you are talking about raw foods, which could explain the difficulty you are having coming up with alternatives.
