Questionhi there, im curently on a diet just want to drop a couple of pounds,i would just really like to know how many nuts or of many grams of nuts should i eat per day or per week?? and the same for an advocado? because i think im overdoin it a bit, how much of these fats should i eat if i still want to lose weight? Also which exersises would you recomend to lose body fat??
AnswerDepends on the diet. If you were my client I would feel blessed you were eating avacado and nuts and you could have all those you wanted. Its the junk carbs we would cut back on for the most part and only limit fat intake late in the dieting phase if needed to bring calories down
Eat Fat to lose fat.
Other than that its hard for me to tell you as I have no clue what the rest of your easting looks like and your training.
