Questionhi,
I am a 23 yr old male, Indian. I am trying out my best to increase my body mass but am not getting any positive results. I still remain very slim. I would like to know your suggestion on this. Actually i thought of taking protein powder, but i heard that its not much good for our health (fertility problem may happen). Is what i heardis true? What can i do to increase mass? If taking protein powder is ok then what should i keep in mind when i go shopping for one and what is the best way to consume it? Is there any other solution or way that i can try out? I would like to have full details.
Thnx in advance.
AnswerYou need more caloires if your slim and not gaining its very simple you need more calories, and more of them every single day. It doesn't matter how much you train if you don't eat more calories than you expend its physically impossible to gain weight. Protein powder is just protein powder it is like eating a chicken breast it wont hurt or harm you, but its also not very calorically dense. get a few gallons of whole milk and add them onto what you already eat.
