QuestionI am 67 year old male.....lately I've heard that taking D3 may not be a healthy approach for senior males......I take 1000iu's each evening.......is this a healthy thing for me to continue. My last lab test indicated that I met the desired d3 level.

Yes, vitamin D3 is very important for healthy aging, however, excessive dosage may be dangerous. If you keep watching your blood test results regularly, your dose if correct until the blood levels go either too high or too low.
