QuestionHi Laura!
I mesure 165 cm and i weight 118 pounds so i dont consider myself as a fat person. The problem is that i do have fats and they tend to accumulate in my abdominal area and on my hips. I would like to get rid of this fats because i want to be fit and to tone up this areas. I do Bollywood twice a week and i try to exercise by myself at home but i usually give up because i dont see any results and also because i want to do something that im sure will help me to get fit. So i would like you to make me an exercise plan so i feel motivated to keep on and i feel like what i do is worthy and has a profit. I would also need a healthy diet because i dont usually eat vegetables because i dont like them very much but im decided to change this fact, i just want to know what to do and i will do it.
Thank you for your help!
Bea
AnswerI am not sure of your age and some other things that might give me an indication of what is going on. However, to reduce fat, the best thing to do is moderate activity throughout the day. Try the 10000 steps program. Also, a healthy diet is key to losing fat...period. I will tell you that I don't like vegetables either. For that reason, I throw seven servings in a juicer and drink a 6 ounce drink of veggie juice and go on my happy way.
I would love to make an exercise plan and eating plan for you. Unfortunately, there is too much involved in that for a general forum. I need much more information about you and time to prepare it. I do take clients, and you are more than welcome to go to my website to review my 1-2-1 Nutrition Training at MyCoachLaura.com. I have a new hcG Diet that I will be coaching soon that will be on the site soon as well. All of my programs include goal setting in coaching lifestyle change. So not only do I teach the nutrition and the exercise, I learn about your obstacles and teach you how to strategize to succeed. It is completely up to you.
