QuestionHi my name is Justina,I am 15 years old and I am 5'4" and I weigh 207. I know that is REALLY overweight. I HATE the way i look tell me what i need to do, it would mean alot thank you.
AnswerJustina, You need to exercise as much as possible. The more exercise you do, the better. Next you need to watch the amount of calories you eat. Try to eat 1500 calories per day. Healthy foods actually have less calories so you can eat more, so read labels and keep a running total or the calories you are eating.
Foods like mac and cheese, pasta, rice, cookies, crackers, white bread, bagels, fruit juices, and sugar, tend to turn into fat quickly, so stay away from those types of foods.Try to eat foods like chicken, fish, lean meats, eggs, whole grain bread, fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy, and healthy fats like those in salad oils. You can lose weight if you exercise at least 30 minutes per day, but if you walk, lift weights, ride a bike, etc for at least 60-90 minutes, you can really lose weight fast.
