QuestionI have just starting doing P90x and I love it. But I am still missing something and that is a good diet to do along with the P90x program. I will be honest I have never been much of a good dieter. I have also skipped meals and didn抰 eat when I wasn抰 hungry. Now, I am wanting to do things right and most people have told me to eat 5-6 small meals a day. But I not much of a cook and that just seems hard to eat 5-6 meals a day. I want to tone up, eat right, and lose 10 pounds. So what can you recommend for a daily diet plan for me to do without having to break the bank and cook a lot? I抦 not a good cook but I can do some things.
