QuestionHi,
I need experts advice for my regular excerise, I come back to my home at 4:00 AM early morning... and I wake up around 11:00 AM.
And again I go to office around 3:00 PM... so is it good to workout between 12:00 to 2:00...
Or I can wake up early with the 3 hours of sleep, will go to workout and then go to sleep once i come back.
I am doing gym to loose weight (obesity), please suggest me good diet for pre and post gym

There is no research to suggest that the time of day you workout has more positive benefits than any other time other than the possibility of a good feeling from your workout that carries into your workday (from endorphins). So, in short, the best time to workout is the time that is best for you and you will stick to it.
Regarding your diet, if you are strength training I recommend pre and post workout protein, via supplementation or through diet (i.e. lean meats). I always recommend a low carb diet, a diet that concentrates on the right kind of carbs (not too much saturated fat). You can research different low carb diets here:
