Question"I am 5'10 165 lbs. and I have been weight training for about a year in order to
bulk up. Over the past year I have put on about 20 pounds, but as of late I have
noticed some of it going to my belly, and I want to get that six pack before the
summer months arrive. I have never really understood the proper diet for weight
gain besides lots of protein and carbs, so usually I just eat a lot of chicken
and potatoes or pasta. I am wondering how can I keep putting on muscle mass
while toning down my belly fat. I want to keep bulking up, and that's my main
goal, but I also want my abs to show through by cutting fat in my belly. What
can I do to "eat right" for my situation?"
