QuestionHi,
I am a B cup in bra size and was wondering if I put on some weight (ie by eating a lot of proteins and dairy foods) would it make my breasts grow larger. The plan is to exercise so that I do not become overweight, but since there is so much fatty tissue in the breast area, I was thinking that I could kind of add weight to that region but exercise the rest of my body so that I don't get chubby everywhere else!
Would this work if I did it properly?
Thanks,
Ash
AnswerHi Ash
Thanks for writing in and sharing this with us.
There are a number of different theories out there, but all we can go on is what we have learnt in the past when working with clients who have faced similar challenges.
Our body appearance is very important to us and because we want to always look and feel our best, we tend to notice things that are not quite up to standard. As we go on, we become so focused on these things that to us, they are so noticable and it really upsets us. I remember not that long ago, I was not very happy at all with the way that I looked, and no matter how hard I tried, how much I ate or how much gym I did, I just could not seem to change things because in my mind, they were just not there yet. And I worked and I worked and man, it drove me crazy.
Until one day, something changed internally and I began to ask myself a question - why is this so important to me? What will it give me when I have this thing? How will I feel when I have this in my life and what will it change? I answered those questions, and started to work backwards until I realised that until I accept what I have right now, and make peace with it, I can never change it. And that was when I started to notice little changes, which made me more focused on what I did want, rather than what I did not have. It was as if, overnight, my body changed shape and people started seeing things differently in me and I started seeing them too.
These little steps are also covered in a 10-Day Challenge we have on our website - www.egoinvenio.com. It may seem totally different from what you are working on right now, but the challenge was what started off some amazing changes in our lives and in turn, what we have started sharing with more people so it might be worth taking a look.
As for the diet, protein is good and try not to have too much dairy. Eat regularly and realise that mindset and beliefs affect what food does to us as well.
Hope that this helps a bit.
Much gratitude
