What is the recommended daily requirement for iodine for an average male?

Dear Angel,

Men 19 years and older is recommended to consume 150 microgram a day. Iodine deficiency is considered mild if daily intake is 50-99 microgram, moderate is at 20-49 microgram/d, and severe is below 20 microgram/d.
