QuestionI抦 trying to lose fat weight while putting on lean muscle, and I need some help with dieting. I抳e got the exercise under control. Here抯 some background info on me:
Height: 6??br>
Weight: 270lbs
Bench: 250lbs
Plays sports, lifts 3-4 days per week, cardio 5 days a week
I抣l list what my current diet consists of below. Can you please tell me where I should add, cut, or change things?
Breakfast: 3-4 eggs, cheese, onions, bell peppers, 2 glasses of milk.
Lunch: Turkey and cheese on wheat.
Supper: Turkey and cheese on wheat.
I抦 really concerned with not getting enough protein. I抦 taking vitamins though. Also, I don抰 like whole fruit, but I love 100% apple and grape juice.

You seem to have a thoughtful approach to your lifestyle and I am not quite sure what your concern is about, what makes you think you are protein deficient. What I can do is either give you information so you'll figure it out yourself or give you a complete diet plan (free and online) that I developed and that is successful. However, it might be not for you. If none of these satisfies you, the only way remaining is to seek individual professional help.
