QuestionIs parboiled rice good to loose weight? I heard that it contains much less carbs as compared to normal rice, making it a good choice for those trying to loose weight. This fills your tummy but do not provide much carbs.

Parboiled rice contains as much carb as the regular rice. Better choices are brown rice and basmati rice which contain more fiber.
