Hope u r in good mood and health.
i m 38 yrs old. hight 5 ft 4 inch. weight 74kg.
i want to reduce my belly and weight.
I have computer job almost 12 hrs daily. my total walk is about 1 km daily. my diet is bread+cream+green tea (breakfast), no lunch bread+veg/meat, 4 Cups green tea (with ginger in it) daily with 2 spoon sugar/cup. (dinner) and some fruits. (total bread quantity is about 400 grm )
please advise me what is better to do for loosing weight and belly fatness. Please note that i have not much time for exercise.
NOTE: Does green tea (with ginger in it) help losing weight? I take tea because someone told me like this.

Going from breakfast to supper without eating I'm quite sure if not what your body likes, but if you're going for all those hours without eating, your body thinks it's in starvation mode and slows down it's metabolism (you can read about that at http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/basal-metabolic-rate.html ). This is also why exercise is so important. So if you have a very sedentary lifestyle you'll always find it difficult because your metabolism will be sluggish. Think about ways that you can incorporate more exercise into your life. Could you possibly walk during your lunch? If you watch TV after work could you be doing exercise while you're watching?
