I do 30mins-1hr walk in the morning at around 6 for losing weight.But after some time I feel tired and want to sleep.Is it ok to sleep after a walking?will it effect the weight loss.Please advice.

It's okay to sleep since sleeping regulate the hormones in your body. In fact people who don't have enough sleep tend to be overweight because they tend to overeat.
