QuestionHello expert!
Im suffering with my overweight.my current weight is 98kg
Im a male 21 years old.
According to the doctors my weight should be betwen 54-77kg.
My height is 175 cm,
Im planing to go on diet for 5 months start from august.
First 2 months Im having a 500 calorie diet
Third month 700 calorie diet
and final 2 months Im having 1000 calorie diet,
I want to lose 25-30 kg during this diet time.
Is this fine or do you recommend anything else?
How to avoid to get flabby & lose skin
let me know what you think and most of all any tips & guidence that would benefit me,
