QuestionHi Cari!
I originally weighed about 350-360. I went down to 248 and I am weighing in at about 268 now ( this is also on my cycle so it may really be a little less ).
Around xmas time I was up to 278 and I managed to take 10lbs off from there again but that's about it!
Answer
Mind over Fatter
Hi Jacky
It sounds like you're doing so much right. Some of the things that come to mind are how many 'invisible' calories do you consume in things like soda or alcohol. The one thing I do want to say about the Green tea diet is that dieting really is a way to get fatter. http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/regaining-weight.html because it changes your body composition http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/lose-weight-quick.html
The other thing you can look at is are you eating when you're physically hungry and stopping when you've had enough? So often we're eating for reasons that don't have a lot to do with physical hunger but maybe have to do with feeding a hungry hears, or eatingwhen we're actually thirstly or when we're bored.
Also remember tha the bigger you are the faster you'll lose your initial weight and tha weight loss usually slows down and sometimes plateaus for a while which can be frustrating. But if you're doing exercise reguarlyk eating when you're hungry and stopping when you've had enough you should slowly shed the weight you want to, but you'll have to be patient.
Here is a list of the things I really think are improtant when it comes to weight loss: http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/diets-that-work.html
Good luck
