QuestionQUESTION: Hi ,
I am 27 , height is 5.00 feet and my weight keeps fluctuating between 38 - 45 , I face low BP and fatigue , weakness issues and my medical reports show no problem anywhere .My hands are too lean as compared to the body .and I really want to gain weight at the same time shape up appropriately .When I eat more , i have noticed it tuns into fat visible on the tummy . Please suggest me a proper diet to gain weight and how it cud convert into muscle and not fat. I used to have a clear skin but now fine lines have appeared on my face . Please also suggest me what to eat to have a glowing and healthy skin so that i cud keep these aging signs away from me .
Thanks ,
Manjeet
ANSWER: Hi Manjeet,
You might want to drink more water to fight the fatique & keep the skin glowing. Eat about 1800 calories/day and 30% of the calories should come from fat. To shape up & tighten up your tummy, you might want to do sit ups regularly.

AnswerHi Manjeet,
I'd suggest to eat 3 cups of cooked brown basmati rice, 3 cups of green vegetables & 2-3 cups of fresh fruits every day.
