QuestionI'm sorry....I didn't mention I am 6'0". Thank you so much again for any info you can give me. I'm very frustrated and getting discouraged exercising when I'm not seeing weight loss.
AnswerAt 6 feet tall you should weight aprox.183lbs max. Eating take out twice a week is not the worst thing if you are planning on maintaining your weight, but it is if you are trying to loose weight. Drinking and weight deduction do not go together even light beer. You need to add thirty minutes of Cardio to your work out, this will help subtract the extra pounds and will make you healthier. The calorie counts you mentioned do not seem bad, but with the workout you mentioned 2000 - 2100 would probably work for you better and 1750- 1850 on the alternate days would be better. If you eat five smaller meals 5 times a day instead of three it will also help to speed your metabolism and cause your weight to come off faster.
