How to Lose Weight

Question
Hello! My name is Breanne and I am 30 years old. I stand 5'2 and weight 180 pounds. How much should I weight for my age? I like to know where I can get health recipes that does cost to much to fix? I do work out Monday-Friday. I do workout and Zumba. What else should be doing? Thanks for you time. Breanne

Answer
103 is your min. weight and 136 would be your max. weight. A good weight for you would probably be around 115 to 120 this would put you in the middle of the range leaving you plenty of space to stay at a healthy weight.

My first suggestion is to work with a personal trainer and a nutritionist if possible.
My second suggestion is to have a complete physical exam from your doctor if you have not had one in  the last year.

If you are unable to work with my first suggestion then after you have received you doctors permission to exercise you should start your workouts with cardio by slowly building up to 45 minutes per day. You should also include 3 days a week of light weight lifting. Muscle burns fat better. Muscle also supports the rest of your body to help you complete your cardio routine.

As for diet the USDA.GOV site has a place where you can register and set up a nutritional guideline for you specifically. Dlife.com has many recipes that may help you lose weight. My personal favorite way to lose weight and stay healthy is to take animal products such as meat and dairy out of my diet and go vegan for a while to help to get healthy. This is not for everyone, but if you set up a plan and follow it you will make strides to fulfill your goals.
