QuestionHi there
My fiance and I recently got engaged and are wanting to lose weight for the big day in about a year. I figured this would give us plenty of time to lose the weight gradually and keep it off. The plan for myself has been doing great, but that leads to my question:
My fiance is 6'4'' and 260lbs. He is a delivery driver and drives for about 5-7 hours a day. He has been this weight for 4 years with barely any variances during that time. What calorie intake should he be aiming for to lose about a pound a week while accounting for his daily activity?
AnswerDear Jenna,
No plan works for everybody. I suggest that your fiance checks his body fat percent and fitness level to help him choose a plan. Also, I personally and professionally know too well that the calorie games require very strong willpower and in in the end result in stress-related complications. So here's how I hope to help. Please go to the Banta support group and go through the first two daily plans. There's you'll be offered tests and downloads, they are free as is the plan. Please don't hesitate submitting your questions and concerns from the contact page there.
I wish you the very best for your big day!
