QuestionHi thanks for taking the time out to answer my question
I've been on a new fitness regime for most of the year now, and while I do have the motivation to workout at the gym, I'm lacking the will power to stick to a healthy diet.
I'm fully aware that a clean health diet is paramount to achieving weight loss success, but I feel as though I'm negating all of my gym time with my poor eating habits.
I could really do with some tips and tricks to help strengthen my will power towards a healthier diet. I know what foods I should be consuming on a day to day basis but its the motivation I'm lacking here.
Many Thanks
Paul J
AnswerDear Paul,
I have a good news for you: there are diets that work without willpower. You only have to be patient enough to go through adaptation process, a week or so. Than almost certainly you'll find yourself much less interested in 'unhealthy' foods while enjoying your meal when you are really hungry. I cannot write about entire theory, I can suggest that you take a look. There's an online support group that can be the best solution for your problem. Give it a try and should you have any further questions, don't hesitate contacting me or support team.
